Does anyone have access to the factory service manual, wiring diagrams, or electrical troubleshooting guides?

For the past perhpas 15 HSE's, I've struggled to reach BReq checkpoint. I started playing beginning of the year and I've regularly reached the infinite repeating reward, but for the past 2-3 months, I've only gotten 2. And I try to time the level up, use energy and maximise the score as much as I can but to no avail.
Was something changed? Did they nerf the HSE's so people would get less BReqs? Is there something you would suggest I try?

Someone tried to steal my car and broke the ignition lock/switch so I'm trying to replace that, and need an advice on that. I might also need to replace the steering column or rack or something, I'm a noob so any advice is welcome 🙏
