hello RPH 2026!!!!

i know that right now, you may be carrying a lot of fear, doubt, and anxiety about where life is taking you, but i hope you continue to show up for yourself, especially this upcoming board exam days. and when things get overwhelming, i hope you remember the younger version of yourself who dreamed of making it this far.

this time a year ago today, i was also just like you, praying for the chance to be where i am now. i’ve been working as a community pharmacist for almost 5 months and although i am not exactly where i wanted to be, but at least, i am somewhere :) and sigurado akong this time next year, you will find the places you’re all meant to be in too.

sa dalawang araw ng board exam, surrender everything to God. trust in yourself, your hardwork, and your preparation (natapos niyo man aralin lahat ng review materials niyo or hindi), and lastly, believe in Luke 1:37, which says, "For nothing will be impossible with God." show up for two days, prepared or not, because everything you want is on the other side of fear.

hello po! ako po kasi yung natapat na first rph sa napasukan kong pharmacy (not yet operational). nag apply na po kami sa FDA and malapit na po yung first inspection namin.

the problem is, wala po silang nasend na email of checklist or requirements na kailangan namin asikasuhin before sila magpunta for inspection. i’ve tried sending an email and contacting them pero wala pa rin silang response.

nagbabasakali lang po na meron kayong copy ng checklist na yun for our first inspection. nakakakaba po kasi baka magkaron kami ng maraming discrepancies baka magka problem pa po kami sa LTO namin. thank you po sa makakasagot 🙏🏼🙏🏼**🙏**🏼

hi! this is my first job and ako rin first rph ng community pharmacy na napasukan ko (it is not yet open/operating) and we already have a date for our first inspection. i just want to ask what do i need to prepare for on that day? thank you po! 🥹🙏🏼

hi! since this is my first job, i still have no idea if this kind of rate/salary is already enough for a community pharmacy residing in our province.

they offered me ₱850 pesos per day (with free breakfast and lunch) and i will be paid ₱8,000 monthly for my license fee.

pwede na ba to or should i apply to others nalang? thank you!
