Just wondered if anyone else is having issues getting e-tickets on Trainline for journeys from Reading? Both my partner and I commute to work (to different places) and have found we can’t get e-tickets anymore and have to collect from the station. My crossover time from bus to train is very tight so it’s very annoying! Just wondered if anyone else has the same or knows what might be happening? Trainline support were very unhelpful!
