So I just got my 2026 CX-50 Hybrid PP last week, and I’m looking at doing the tints on the front and was considering the windshield (Either Llumar Air 80 or 3M Crystaline 80) but when I called one guy he warned me that the Mazda’s in particular when you do the windshield that the Fuse Box or something with the electronics is right by the top of the dash and that it can short out the system.

Needless to say that concerns me, but living in South Florida the heat/sun is unbearable in the summer. Any ideas/thoughts?

Just bought the 26 Hybrid PP and am curious where online has the cheapest extended warranties? For my Hondas we would get them from a dealer in Massachusetts, so curious who do yall use, and how much are they?

So I pulled the trigger last night on a Machine Grey Premium Plus Black leather CX50 last night.

I managed to get it for 40,850 OTD and that was legit the lowest they would go. Given I was quoted 39,9 at a diff dealer for a premium OTD I think I did pretty good with a premium plus.

Need to get used to figure out how to switch between CarPlay and radio quickly. That is a bit convoluted now hah!

Does anyone know if you can change the level the liftgate opens?
