I listed a vintage Numark DM-1150 for sale and wanted to include a video in the listing showing that it still worked. Scratching with the vertical Phono/Line switches on the Numark mixers was popular in the 1980s. I had to dust off the cobwebs for this.
Yesterday I went to Etai’s to grab some breakfast. I spotted a fresh orange juice machine behind the counter and asked how much the orange juice was. The clerk answered, “$8.00.” I just laughed in response.
Is this market? I checked online and it looks like Etai’s OJ is 12oz (and online it’s listed at $8.95). The only other place online I could find fresh squeezed OJ listed was Maria Empanada, and there it’s $5.89 for 12oz or $7.78 for 16oz (Grubhub website).
