Is the roundabout in the Pruneyard a roundabout?
I'm talking about the roundabout that's across from Asian Box in the Pruneyard.
If the road was orthogonal to the circumference, it would be a roundabout, and the rule would be, "Those in the roundabout have right of way over those entering the roundabout".
But the roads on either side of it are tangential to the circumference, thus it would seem that, "Cars entering from the bigger road and going straight have right of way over cars entering from the smaller road, i.e., the roundabout".
