Montreal chicken as a rub no binder. Spritz at 30 / 45 mins with just water
then wrap with butter and sauce and honey and another hour and a bit then pulled them. More or less cooking with cj 😜

I love this machine.
Also I tried running the smoker at 70 to start some jerky. Will report back another time.
