So frustrated with pelvic floor recovery

I'm just venting but... I'm about 6 weeks PP with my first and I'm just so frustrated with how long pelvic floor recovery takes.

I was in pelvic floor PT throughout my third trimester and started up again at 2 weeks PP due to a sacral injury during birth.

I did not realize that my pelvic floor was SO weak! My pelvic floor PT said that you don't notice it until after birth because baby's head is kind of holding everything in place during the third trimester. Doing a simple bridge I felt so wobbly.

I don't like the peeing myself a little bit at unexpected moments. I hate that I can't run yet and I won't be able to for at least 6 more weeks. I hate the weakness when I'm even trying to go for a brisk walk.

I'm doing my exercises as much as I can and I've definitely seen improvement since I started but truly I did not realize how much pregnancy damages your pelvic floor!

Please, those of you who made it out of the trenches - tell me that it will be okay! 😢

Where is all this bottle/pacifier -> speech delay stuff coming from?

EDIT: I'm talking specifically about pacifier or bottle nipple SHAPE not their use in general.

So I'm a pre-k + elementary school SLP but I recently had my own baby so I'm getting lots of baby-themed content on TikTok and Instagram.

One thing I keep encountering is lactation consultants talking about the right and wrong types of bottle nipples/pacifiers. In terms of feeding, I totally get the need for a specific type of nipple. But I keep seeing people claim that an improper nipple shape will cause a speech delay. Does anyone know where this idea came from? Is there actually any evidence for this? I've seen dozens of videos at the point claiming that nipples/pacifiers that aren't triangle shaped will cause speech delays.
