How complicated is it going to be to take out this sink/mirror and put in a new vanity?

How to manage GSD jealousy?
We would love to get another GSD for our 3.5 year old baby to play/grow up with, but boy does she get jealous easily when we give other dogs attention/love. Nothing aggressive, moreso just whining and attempting to get in between us & the other dog. How do you integrate another pup into your house when you have a jealous dog? Or do we keep her as our only baby?
ETA: she LOVES playing with other dogs. Just doesn’t like sharing her parents attention with other dogs.
