Hello! I am set to move to the North Park area within the next month and wanted to gather some opinions. I am looking at an apartment located within this circle, specifically on Illinois street and wanted to know if this area is generally safe and an okay spot to live for a woman to live alone. I’ve lived downtown in a major city so I’m familiar with some of what that brings, but want to make sure this area wasn’t too bad. I’ve heard that living close to the 805 isn’t recommended in some areas. Additionally, if anyone has thoughts about the area around El Cajon and Idaho st or around 32nd and Howard Ave I would appreciate it :)
