Can you use VRE for school, as well as Pell grants and federal student loans? Will the money be refunded to you once tuition is covered? Can this money then be discharged later on?

Hey all, been timebuilding quite a bit in a 150. Lately I’ve been losing motivation when it comes to flying. Like many, I haven’t been able to get a job. I’m constantly applying and calling people. I just passed 500 and the motivation is starting to dwindle.
Any tips on getting past these lapses in motivation. I love flying. It’s my whole life and always will be. I just feel like some days I start feeling like crap. Because it isn’t easy.
Is there any formal logbook review, what all should I bring?
Is the QOL at TOA really that bad? Any former pilots in here or people who know someone on the staff.

What does upgrade time look like?
Is there any chance they would hire below 500 hours with an internal recommendation?
