I have been assigned caretaker of my stores cooler. Organizing, cleaning, and practically taking care of out of date product.

1. My cooler is not set up in a way to include an lto shelf, but I think i can adjust the shelves to make one. How do I go about getting another shelf to add to it?

2. How do I go about getting more dividers of all sizes? We have many that should be retired and many products sitting in dividers of the wrong sizes.

3. Is it just my cooler that has a planogram for more products than the shelf can fit? Like there are a few shelves that are missing a space for a product or two that I now have to work around putting somewhere else and its concerning to me that we have to do that

4. Pepsi came yesterday and gave us baja blasts that expire by the end of the month. Is there a way to send them back and get some that we wont have to take off the shelves in 2-3 weeks time?

Who is supposed to come out and take care of the wine reset? I keep getting told that someone is supposed to come out and do it and that we arent supposed to do it because its outsourced, but its been about a month and nobody has come to my store to reset wine, and now the cooler reset dropped and its also outsourced so I worry that it may be delayed a month as well. Are we supposed to put in a ticket or call them in or something?
