hi everyone please help i’m actually really scared

i’ve had this piercing for over two years

jewelry shape is gold barbell

jewelry has only been downsized after initial piercing and only changed once from silver to gold

when it was in healing stage i used saline and piercing spray but now i just use dove sensitive soap and water

like two weeks ago my piercing got caught on my bracelet while it was showering and got pulled HARD. ever since then it seemed like it was getting better but now I’m seeing this and I’m actually getting really scared. is it infected ???? do i have to take it out 💔💔💔

it only hurts if something is touching it not a lot of goo or any blood and doesn’t really feel “hot”
