Family Night Deal for Resale Tickets

I delayed buying tickets for the last family night in a coupe weeks and now they are sold out. Many of the seats are available for resale. If I buy the resale tickets, would I still get the family night package? I got all the three of the hats so far this year and want the last one!

[US & Mexico] Aunt was skimmed at a cruise port in Mexico

My Aunt took a Norwegian cruise to Mexico over spring break. She does not have a credit card so she used her debit card for all purchases at the port. She remembers buying some souvenirs at a shop at the port and her card had an error so they had to swipe it with a second machine. She didn't think anything of it until she noticed $2000 was taken out of her account on the last day of the cruise. The charge said something about "Natty's Gym." This overdrafted her and she had to rely on her boyfriend's cash casino winnings to pay for transportation home.

She reported it to BMO bank immediately and it took them 2 weeks to review before replacing her money. She was relieved until the bank removed the money again and said that it was a valid charge because the physical card was used. I advised her to make a CFPB complaint, which she did. They sided with the bank. After a month of disputes directly with the bank, they finally decided to honor the fraud and replaced her money. She opened a new bank account and thought everything was settled.

Cut to this week, she received a notification that the bank has taken the money again and closed her account pending a new investigation. They sent her a bill for the owed amount and are sending her through something she called "checks" that I don't really understand. She's devastated that she has to go through this again.

There are so many things I would have done differently to avoid this happening if I were her, and I'm sure you can see them too. Unfortunately it happened and now I'm doing my best to help her recover. Has anyone successfully convinced a bank to reverse it's decision? I had a credit card company deny my claim that I purchased $100 worth of stuff at an AMC in another state, so I'm not hopeful. $2000 is worth fighting for.
