Would this cause my clutch pedal to work but the gear selector to not shift?

Im obviously replacing it regardless but befoe i bolt it all back up dose anyone know for certain that this type of clutch failure would cause normal pedal operation but inability to shift?

Would this cause an "unable to shift" issue?

Car was unable to shift into gear with engine running, took transmission out and found this, the disk also clatters like crazy when shaken...

OBVIOUSLY this is bad and im buying a new clutch, but before i put it all back together would this be the source of a "working clutch but wont shift"?

New slave cylinder clutch feel is perfect but wont go in gear?

I recently had my prelude refuse to go into gear on my way home, fluid was all gone, replaced a leaky slave cylinder and bled the system, im 99% sure it was bled perfectly.

the clutch pressure and travel FEELS perfectly fine but the car absolutely refuses to go into gear when the engine is on, what the fuck is going on??? Im gonna rip my hair out
