[hiring] Sales Closer, UK Tax Rebates
Sorted Refunds helps UK workers claim back tax they've overpaid: CIS construction refunds, work mileage, uniform and tool costs, and more. We handle the paperwork and deal with HMRC. We're looking for someone to bring us the clients.
This is a self-employed field sales role, paid a monthly retainer plus commission. You find people who are owed a rebate, explain what we do, and sign them up. Most of our work comes off construction sites, trades and word of mouth, so you'll be out meeting people rather than sat in an office. How you build your pipeline is up to you.
What you'd be doing:
- Finding and approaching people who've likely overpaid tax (CIS subcontractors, PAYE workers with job expenses, and similar)
- Explaining the service in plain terms and handling the usual objections
- Signing clients up and passing clean, accurate details to our team
- Staying in touch with your leads so they actually complete their claim
What we're after:
- 3 to 4 years in sales, ideally tax rebates, financial services, or a field/door-to-door background
- Someone who can genuinely close, not just have a chat
- Fluent, confident spoken English and a good manner with people, in person and on the phone
- UK-based with the right to work here, and happy working out in the field
- Your own phone and transport
Pay:
- A monthly retainer of £2500 while you're active, so you're earning while you build the pipeline
- Plus 25–30% commission on the fee we earn from every claim that completes, uncapped
- Retainer paid monthly, commission per successful claim
