Should I buy new phone for me locally, or wait for the person I asked to get back to me ?

Background / Context:

My phone's display broke down (around a month back) with a pink line appearing on the screen, and I want to change my phone. There is a connection of mine, who imports phones at a steep discounts of 30-40%. So naturally I hit him up for the phone I wanna buy, and he said that he has a similar phone (not the exact same) in pipeline already and he'll share it's cost when it comes to him. All this was on 22nd April. I've kept following up with him, but he mentions he's not yet got the phone in his hand (There is another connection of his who actually brings it). The pink line on my phone became even bigger on 5th May. Still in usable condition, I am on desperate cross roads if I should wait.

If he's able to get that, I'll be able to get the Pro at a similar price, otherwise, if I have to buy from a local store, I'll have to buy the standard phone, based on my budget.

My Interpratation:

My own ruler is Jupiter, which is exalted in Cancer in the 8th House, telling me I am in an incredibly strong position to benefit from someone else’s resources. The current frustration is shown by the Moon applying to a square with Saturn in Aries; this Saturn, being in its fall, perfectly describes the broken phone and the delay. The definitive factor, however, is that the Moon’s final aspect is a conjunction with my own exalted Jupiter, which is a classic and powerful testimony for success. Furthermore, Venus (my connection) is also applying to my Jupiter, showing he will come through. I simply have to endure this temporary Saturnian block to receive the favorable outcome the chart promises.

Bottom Line:

I should wait, with some comms unlocking after 3-4 days, once Venus and Jupiter come closer, and then finally buy the phone in 2-3 weeks, when Moon reaches Jupiter.

Horary Question: When will my connection get back with the price of the phone I asked him ?

Background / Context:

My phone's display recently broke down, and I want to change my phone. My phone's display is getting worse and now I am on desperate cross roads if I should wait.

If he's able to get that, I'll be able to get the Pro at the same price, otherwise, if I have to buy from a local store, I'll have to buy the standard phone, based on my budget.

My Interpretation of the chart (says no to the import option):

I’m looking at Mercury and the Moon here, while the phone is Venus and the guy is Jupiter. On paper, things look great - both Venus and Jupiter are exalted, which tells me the guy is legit and the phone is high-quality. But here’s the problem: there are zero connections (applying aspects) between me and the phone or the seller. No aspect usually means no deal.

Instead of things moving toward a sale, the planets are heading straight into a harsh square with the Sun. Since the Sun rules my 12th house (delays and hidden headaches), it feels like his supply chain is just black-holed right now.

Bottom line:
The deal is stalled out indefinitely. My current phone is a ticking time bomb, and if I keep waiting for this "pipeline" to clear, I’m probably just going to end up stranded with a dead screen.

The question being, 17 vs 18 ?? The reports surfacing say that 18 may not be released in Sept but Jan next year. I can wait until Sept if it releases, but not until Jan.

Also, any good offers etc going on purchases ?
