Hey, everyone. So… it’s been about 3 months now of me waiting for my 2 weeks of vacation time to be returned to me and UPS supervisors has been telling me one thing and not doing anything to reassure my vacation hours is being processed. I already file grievances and to my union rep several times and I keep getting a response from my supervisor that they emailed their people and waiting to hear back on the process of deducting my pays to return the vacation hours to my account. Again this happened in March when I was in the hospital for surgery and now it’s July. What do I do from here to apply the pressure to get my vacation time back. I felt like I’ve done everything I could and just playing the waiting game but it feels like the company is trying to wait it up until I give up or try to move past it.
