Has anyone done the property registration by themselves in the SRO office? I've gone there quite a few times, and always have been assigned agents by brokers whom I had to pay hefty depending on the purpose.
Even over there I see them going from one room to other multiple times, I wonder if normal person, especially non kannadiga can do such process without paying bribe by themselves.

Has anyone achieved this ever?

Disclaimer: I am not intending to start a fight or have some sarcastic arguments.
Its a general honest question to the educated supporters.

Question 1.

Look at Himanta Biswa Sarma or Suvendu Adhikari. Every politician a BJP supporter hated yesterday is in the BJP today, and the ones they hate today will probably join tomorrow. If you're a supporter, how do you logically deal with that? How do you suddenly flip a switch and start backing someone you genuinely considered corrupt or toxic just because they changed their jersey?

Question 2.

What incident would actually be your breaking point with this government? Does an issue have to literally knock on your front door and affect your own family for you to speak up, or is there a general level of governance failure, economic mess, or corruption that would make you criticize them?

Hi everyone.

I am planing for a 4 days trip to skye by renting a car at Edinburgh airport.

I have booked hotel for 2 nights near loch and for 1 night at fort william.

Everything was fine untill i learnt that car rental companies look for a physical credit card in the main driver’s name.

I am mot from Uk and unfortunately i lost my card in my trip to london. I have loaded money in my friends wise account, so money is not a concern.

I am ready to pay the insurance which will bring the advance payment to 0.

But still the car rental companies ive spoken with have said that i will need a card.

The trip is in just 5 day, everything is paid and is non refundable.

Anyone else faced this situation? And will i be able to get a car?

Worst case, what option do i have?
Hitchhiking an option?
