This is a hand me down laptop and has been to countless repair. But as u can see the black box is the only area where the screen flicker but the top part remains normal. After the flickering is over the previous screen bleeds then the flicker once again beings. Any help will be highly appreciated

Hello does anybody have any tips on drawing realistic water surfaces. I am trying to draw from the reference picture but something doesn’t seem right. Any tips are highly appreciated
