Merc C200 Sport Automatic Saloon 2014, 58k miles, reviews?

Experienced driver from outside the UK, just passed my UK test. 35m. Looking to buy my first car here. Neighbour on the street is selling this for £9.5k as he has just bought a new tesla last week. Car looks well maintained.

Is the price good? Anything bad about this car which will give me headaches? Buy or Avoid?

Why are the leaves turning red?

I have got this houseplant for 5-6 years in the same tiny pot. Used to be super neglected and watered sparsely. One time didnt water for like 3-4 months and it developed aerial roots at the bottom part of the stems and dropped leaves. Since then i have put it on a windowsill where it gets indirect non bright sun light and water it properly. To my suprise it flowered for the first time ever, gorgeous. However as I noticed almost all leaves are now showing a tinge of red and arent as thick as they used to be.

Is my plant at the end of its life? Should I put it in a bigger pot or propagate each branch in a separate pot?

Whats happening to my ficus elastica?

I got this plant last summer and it grew a couple of nice healthy leaves before stopping for the winter.

In the last few weeks it has sprouted 3 more leaves, the first one is tiny and weird red/brown/yellow shade. Second one is slightly larger but again weird. And a third one has come up now which looks like dying (dark brown and crisp) and has this white sap on its back (pic 3). Pic4 shows its also growing some pointy things.

Plant gets lots of indirect sunlight and is watered when top inches are dry.

Have got this plant for 9months and it was doing ok. No new leaves or leaf dropping, was exactly same as when purchased. Watering only when soil is completely dry. Sometimes let it become too dry. Kept in a bright but indirect light spot, hasnt been moved.

Then last month it started putting out new leaves (see the curled up ones in the center) which was good news. But around the same time 20+ leaves started browning and became crispy. I kept watering a bit more due to hotter wearher and soil was getting pretty dry. Also add houseplant fertiliser diluted. The browning isnt stopping. In the pics more leaves are starting to brown even after removing all the dead ones.
