what would you recommend a mg for a beginner like me? i just started a few days ago and i started at 50mg thats fine right? i mean it works i can still feel the focus and wakefulness but that not much i can increase my mg to 100mg if i want too right?

should i take it with food or no
Do you usually take modafinil with food or on an empty stomach? I feel more focused but anxious when I take it fasting. With food, the effects seem smoother and less intense. Curious about other people’s experiences.
