One thing I’ve noticed on the sub is linking, it’s against the rules. I’m highly adverse to gate keeping as I’d imagine the company is as well but discuss this shit privately through DM, not for the world to see.

I've been taking 100mg of modafinil for a month. It helps my hypersomnia, ADHD, and mood, but my sleep has become short and poor. Has anyone had success with L-theanine, magnesium, or antihistamines for sleep? Any long-term solutions?

I recently Googled around some similar companies and didn't find much on Modavance. Curious when you research companies like that - community consensus, individual reviews, other criteria?
