Nexplanon user of 10+ years, changes?

I got my first Nexplanon as a teenager. I am currently 31. As a teenager and in my early-mid 20s, I had little to no period. In my late 20s, I’ve started getting my periods back, and recently and more. I’ve started PMS again prior to my periods (very tell-tale sign of sore boobs) then I sometimes bleed for 2 weeks, only have 1-2 weeks off, and then will start bleeding again. It’s mostly light flow and older blood, but it’s trending towards more often spotting than not. Did anyone else experience this change over time with long term use? Assuming my hormonal changes with aging may be affecting this.

Edit to add I do plan on approaching my NP about this but just wanted to see if anyone had similarities!

Sulfur burp food reccs!

These have been a FOUL experience. I had them initially on .25mg pen, but they cleared up quickly. I’ve been on .5mg for 9 doses now. Going to possibly titrate up after my next doctor appt. The burps resurfaced with vengeance on my 6th dose of .5mg (weirdly enough none prior?). For the first 48-72 hours after dosing, the sulfur burps are killing me. I can handle all of the other GI symptoms but these burps make me want to vomit. Sometimes I do give in and vomit because I know they’ll go away, then I don’t want to eat anything to keep them from coming back. Gas X doesn’t seem to help as much as I’d like it to. They’re to the point where I consider stopping during the days I have them because they’re that disgusting to me. My stomach feels really bloated when I get them so I know there is some heavy fermentation going on in there.

I know to avoid high fat/grease and sulfur rich foods, but could you all help a gal out and list exactly what foods you eat during the times you’re most likely to get them to counter these? Veggies, fruits, rice, etc?
