my heart hurts so much when i look at these childhood pictures and only see a girl. i’m a boy. i want the one with my sister the most (second picture, i’m on the right). in pic 3 im on the far left, pic 4 on the far right again.
these were all mostly in the early 2000’s, the last one in 2016 if that helps with camera quality at all.

19M. I’ve been anemic for as long as I can remember. everything is a downward trend. I’ve tried every treatment in the book and nothing seems to work; I’ve got such a weak and upset stomach that I can’t take any iron because my digestive system just can’t handle it.
my deficiency is most likely caused by my food intake. I have a very severe case of ARFID, and am completely unable to eat a lot of foods. I simply can’t get enough through diet. i’ve tried every otc supplement that exists and within an hour i’ve coughed it up. i’ve done so many infusions—they’ve helped for a few months until my iron careens downwards again. i’m about eight-ish months off of my last set of infusions, and it’s so low again that i can barely function.
what am i supposed to DO???
