I remember seeing an American or Anglophone/European home DVD movie with my parents around the 1990s until early 2000s about a serial killer/criminal couple which had a daughter later in the plot that they killed that bothered me for years and even Google and AI couldn't answer me an exact movie that I was looking for and I had some fuzzy recollection of these scenes:

-On the opening scenes or mid scenes, a newly wed(?) or a married couple is having an intimate scene in some bedroom lit by lamps then a mistress(?) appears from behind, shoots or stabbed the wife, then dropped on the floor with the husband shocked but persuaded by the mistress to join her to their criminal acts together and proceeded to be intimate while the wife is dying on the floor. The following scenes showed the couple trying to hide the body by cramming it into a wooden box or suitcase while the mistress had blood on her lace white underpants indicating that they did the deed and dumped the body in some undisclosed place where investigators found it.

-Later on the movie, they had a life of crime together, and eventually had a young daughter. She grew up to be a young kid but her criminal parents seemed to keep her in the house and spoil her with lots of toys and books despite the kid looking sad and sorta scared of her parents. She requested her parents to get her a pet dog. The parents agreed, with scenes later showing driving to a roadside vegetable and fruits stand in the middle of the farmlands with a farmer with an adult dog on a leash. The man asked the farmer if the dog was for sale, the farmer said that the dog wasn't for sale and it was his companion, the man laughed, pointed his gun at the farmer and shot him while he was sitting down by the produce stand, stole the dog, and left the farmer bleeding on the roadside. The girl later showed that she didn't like the adult dog.

-There's this one scene where the couple driving was being followed by a lone cop in a patrol vehicle. They stopped. Then the woman comes out, sits beside the cop, and leans down to give him "head" inside the patrol vehicle and the cop leans back on his seat while the man from the car watches as the woman does the deed while viewing it from the rear mirror of their car. They managed to escape or killed the cop after (?)and the woman stole the gun from the cop and pointed it to the man's crotch reminding him of who's boss(?).

-Then the most depressing part of the movie, they eventually killed their kid after being whiney or discovering their crimes, placed her inside a wooden box and supposedly to take her body somewhere but they were caught up with law enforcement. A detective showed up, looked at the box with a toy bicycle picture drawn on the box, saw the actual toy bicycle on the veranda of the house, walked towards the box and opened it, while it didn't show the murdered girl, the investigator broke down on the road and the cops eventually arrested the couple.
