There’s this large bump on the back of my tongue. Should I be worried?

The past few days i’ve had a feeling like something is stuck in my throat. I thought I had a tonsil stone, but upon close inspection today I noticed this bump on the back of my tongue. It’s pretty far down and hard to notice, so that’s why the pictures are bad, but it’s only on one side and not the other. It doesn’t really hurt, but should I be worried about it?
