Ad free plan, but ads for other shows/mobile games?
For the last several months or longer I've noticed I was getting ads for other shows before my content would load. I'd pick Game of Thrones and have an ad for "Ne Zha 2", I called and they said it wasn't an ad and that "it's a preview". Sounds like an ad with extra steps, right?
Fast forward to yesterday, I load up Game of Thrones and get an ad for a mobile game now? Customer Service tried to keep telling me it was an ad (sorry, preview) for an upcoming show? Then they called me a liar because the lady said she is also watching and doesn't see them.
I have the HBO + Disney + Hulu (Ad Free) @ $32.99/mo, anyone else experiencing this?
