Is this enough light?

Hi everyone! Basically what the title asks. I was wondering if this is enough light for my big girl. I got her this big already and just waiting & wondering when she’ll start sprouting new leaves. I’m just worried about the light she gets cause this corner I put her in doesn’t get as much morning light as it does with afternoon light (photo taken around 4pm) I move her sometimes too closer to the window where the light hits directly.

Will the afternoon/early evening light be enough for a flf this big? Would appreciate any tips/advices! 🫶🏻

Is $3k/month reasonable for a 3 bed 2 bath newly renovated house in Brampton reasonable?

Hey everyone! My husband and I have been house/apartment hunting for a while now. We’re expecting and i’m due in September and so far it’s been so stressful looking for a decent unit (the competition is craaazy in Brampton rn). Anyways we found this newly renovated house, two parking spots, brand new appliances, has a deck in the backyard, and really close to my husband’s work. Utilities are separate though.

Just wanted to ask for opinions/thoughts if u guys think this is a reasonable price. So far for the other units we’ve looked at which were mostly townhouses (new builds) were around the 2500-2600 price range so this would def be a big jump.

Would appreciate any advice!
