It was available but I didn’t purchase it because new watches on the secondary market were lower in price
Do you all see big differences between the online price and actual price at Rolex AD shops?
Is this overpriced for what it is?

I'd like to move the great room and it's patio to the middle of the house and not at the end.
We'd like to also keep the garage near the kitchen and need all other rooms in there.
I've tried moving things around and nothing is really working so I thought I'd open it up to the collective group.
Maybe we need to blow up the design to make this work? We don't need the long hallway or the powder room in the office, but want to keep everything else.
I wish there was a way to put this out there with a cash reward for the best design! does such a architectural design site exist?
