Adding mango to the rum: Infusion tips needed.
My grocery store is having a pretty good sale on mangoes this weekend and I thought it'd be fun to infuse a bottle of rum with them. To that end, any advice on doing so would be appreciated as I haven't done fruit infusions before. Is there a huge difference between using yellow mangoes vs red mangoes? Preferred rums? I was considering grabbing a bottle of Wray & Nephew for this. Any and all suggestions are welcome.
