Small staircase cracks in mortar above concrete foundation crack

How much should my bank account worry? I already have a structural engineer coming out in a few days.

Most modern bikes seem to be better than most older bikes, but there seem to be some outliers. For example, I think many people would suggest older model Ripmos and Ripleys over their newer counterparts. Do you have any older model bikes you gravitate towards despite having access to newer bikes?
