I want to become a home inspector, where do I start, what course is best?

I’ve been in construction for about 6-7 (I know) years now and I just don’t feel like it’s actually going anywhere. I’ve learned a lot but I feel like my skills could be better suited to this side of the business. Any advice would be amazing

I need to make a wagon that acts as a functional mini for my dnd group. Need suggestions

My players have tricked out this one players wagon to hell and back. Its ridiculous, the thing has a crank gun mounted to the top, its armor plated, and theyve made a blanket of rat pelts that they hang off the side. Obviously the mini doesnt have to be exact i just need something i can put into talespire.
