I got a new phone and signed in to swiftkey on it, but none of my settings or predictions synced to it after signing in. So I went to the old phone to try to force a backup but it just synced over the new settings and predictions from the new phone instead. I've changed phones multiple times since I started using swiftkey over a decade ago and this is the first time I've had this problem.

Is my decade worth of predictions now just gone?
