Hi, I have not gotten a response for a customer service request since September 30th. That’s 11 days ago. That’s the last time I was able to speak to a “human” from finalmouse. Of course, I replied multiple times and even sent entirely new email support requests. Is there a phone number or specific discord I could contact? I asked in the discord channel and as soon as I mentioned my issue, radio silence from the person who was helping me. This is actually insane to me. To summarize, I never received my order for my SLX and agreed to a reshipment. They asked for a police report, which took about 2 days to get processed and then I sent it. After that, they just stopped replying to me. At this point I don’t even want the mouse anymore. I mean I still kind of do, but if they don’t have the mouse (out of stock?) I’ll take a refund and chance on the next drop / maybe try out the superstrike.

UPDATE: Literally like 2 minutes ago they sent me a replacement order and tracking number.. so I guess problem solved?

Hi, I started InBrace about a year ago, right before my last dental exam. At the time my gums were only 2 mm pockets (healthy). Then the company went under or something and now I’ve been on Invisalign. I’ve been on it for about 40 weeks now. One reason I didn’t want Invisalign at first was because of bacteria growth, and now I am sad cause I just had an exam today and they said I have periodontal disease and all my gums are at 5 mm. They are surprised that it progressed so fast. The only difference in my oral hygiene is having Invisalign. Has anyone else experienced this? Would switching to regular braces help the situation? I am 26M if that matters. I am lowkey pissed cause my dentist quoted me $880 to do a scaling and root planing (deep cleaning). Also, should I inform my orthodontist and stop Invisalign? Are the pockets possible from just movement, or is it actually bone loss?
