My deluxe beverage package is significantly cheaper today. Been trying to cancel and rebook on my app. I keep getting a “sorry we have hit a snag. Please try later.” message. So I called customer service to ask them to do it and she said she was running up against the same error and to try in 3 to 4 hours. That lower price better be available when you finally decide to remove the glitch RC!! It’s for a 7 day cruise so I don’t want to miss the lower price.
