How to get back at it after injury

Had a couple pops in my back 3 weeks ago and I’m currently trying to build back up to my previous working weight. It just feels unnerving now that I’m up to 75% for doubles (405). I can feel the spot but it’s not painful I just keep thinking about it popping again

For those who’ve had the same injury how’d you get all the way back and how long did it take? I’m 3 weeks out from a PL meet as well
