Doubt vs Determination-685lb block pull at 185

There was only a 15 second pause between these attempts, my hands never came off the bar. First time ever block pulling more than my from-the-floor max, and beat it by 57lbs.

Was my form not correct or strength issue?

Had hit this same weight in January before. I've dropped around 7-8 Kg weight since as I was on a cut. I did continue to train as usual, powerlifting style.

Beltless PR 260kg

Hit this on sunday night and thought I'd share. I'm going to pull 300kg in a few weeks 🙌

*Moronic pr* 39yo ,pr 70 kgx 3 for dead lift now 80x 3

I accidentally hit pr on deadlift.

Started deadlifting a month ago, 70 x 3 was my max.

Today i miscalculated weights and did

While loading put 20 kgs assuming it was 15 kgs.

Had some awesome calculations going on inside my head, made sense then.🤡

Trying to lift, barbell was abnormaly heavy.

No backing down or so i thought did 80x3,

Realized it was 10 kg more than i expected, waited for 2 min did another 3, and 1 last one, got better of me,barely rested for 2 min and did one that too in a horrible form.

So my question is...

Should i continue with 80 or drop down? 🤡

Background 1 weigh 87 kgs, can do 8 x 3 pull-ups, had a leg injury(acl tear) trying to recover .

I'm 39 years old

Acceptable Form?

I've changed my deadlift form a bit. I used to grip and rip, and in return it felt really loose. I also used to pump my hips/legs between every rep, now I try to stay consistent between each rep. I do notice that my hips rise before starting my set. Any critiques?

402 lb/182.5 kg deadlift ATPR 🥳

Milestone deadlift @ 2.6x BW 🥹 Finally broke into the 400s. Was nervous going into this PR as it’s the last week of my training block and fatigue is kicking in. What a nice confidence booster to know I can grind out a lift with accumulated fatigue.

4 weeks out from nationals!
