Will this depth be enough?

Hey guys! I uploaded my squat pr yesterday and most of the replies were about missed depth. So I wanted to make sure if this depth is fine or should I go deeper?

Going deeper really takes a toll on my lower back because of my long femurs, but even then I want to squat at competition depth

Failed 120KG PR because of spotter's mistake

Guy in the blue shirt touched the bar as soon as the bar left my chest. I lost balance to the side and missed as a result.

I did try to reattempt, but got stuck at the mid part of the lift.

Guess I'm the taking the L for bench this training cycle. (No, my gym doesn't have bench safeties, hench why the spotters.)

180KG, do you guys think I got 200KG next week after a taper?

Both my hamstrings cramped up during lockout that's why I got stuck before lockout.

Ended up missing depth on both reps. Not giving up yet.

I wasn't feeling the best today. Had a light fever and stomach pain, but had to hit the programmed squat workout anyway. Failed to get depth on both reps, but Imma keep grinding and get below parallel on the same weight! 💪

PS; this was 5KG more than my 1 rep max just 2 months ago

Two year transformation as Skinny and week teen

Started gym as an 18 y/o at just 58KG bodyweight (178cm height). Got in lifting because I was very skinny and weak. Started going to gym and enjoying it a lot. Did a lot of research, improved my diet, got a big bulk. After a year, I got into powerlifting and changed my program completely.

Here I am today, 20 at 74KG bodyweight. Gained a lot of muscle mass, but mora than that, a lot of self confidence.

Don't overthink about having bad genetics or not having a good start point. Just start and lift. I did it, so can you. I'll be more than happy to answer any questions

Form check for Squats (Ignore the depth)

I wasn't really looking when my friends started to record so this is the angle that I got. Anything I can improve in my form?

I've already done a few adjustments like having a wider stance to keep my body a bit more upright, holding the bar as close as shoulder mobility allows and keeping my back tight. I'm open to any feedback and criticism! (As long as it's actually helpful and not bs)

Sumo lifters help my form please

It's my first time doing sumo (and hook grip as well). Usually my main is conventional deadlift but I thought of adding sumo as a variation.

This is around 50-60% of my 1rep on conventional. Any advice is appreciated guys.

Finally hit a new PB (115Kg) after 5 months!

I hit 110KG in January and couldn't really progress through it for months. To make matters worse I did a weight cut of around 7KG to get to 75KG BW for the last two months. But still despite the cut I managed to hit a new PR! I got a side angle too if anyone is curious about my technique.

PS; I do usually pause on my working sets but I was desperate to hit this

Was my form not correct or strength issue?

Had hit this same weight in January before. I've dropped around 7-8 Kg weight since as I was on a cut. I did continue to train as usual, powerlifting style.
