a ~1 year actogram generated from my browser history (with full time 9-6 job)

For context, I started this job about a year ago, full time 9-6 office type job, and mainly have been surviving barely by passing out for 4-6 hours the second I get home on most nights, leaving me to wake up at around ~12-2 am up until I pass out again for anywhere from 1-2 hours before work, usually leaving me feeling worse off than if I had just stayed up the entire night lol.

Not sure what happened to the data before February but it seems accurate starting from then. What do you guys think? Is the n24 pattern still obvious even with the job? Low key kind of reaching my breaking point here and not sure how much longer I can keep going if SOMETHING doesn't give with my hours, my organs hurt and I feel like I am dying.
