Does anyone know what the plan is for the triangle of space between Spall/Glenmore, Bernard and Clement?

I'm just over 5 months post rupture non-surgical route.

Today my PT got me doing some jumps. We started with the 6" block and moved to the 12". Feels good to move a little more normal these days.

I was given a pair of bikes from a co-worker a year ago and I am considering moving on from them as they are just not suited for what we need.

I am curious if anyone knows anything about Koga Miyata touring bikes (older bikes... probably late 2000s/early 2010s)

They seem to be in decent condition. Are these bikes that people still want? What are they worth?
