Psych undergrad looking for jobs/internships to build resume
I’m currently attending UWM and I’m having a difficult time finding jobs I’d be qualified for that would also give me relevant experience. I see this is a problem for all psych undergrads so I’m willing to expand my horizon if needed.
I’m looking to get into any of these fields: psychology, research, social work, social justice, criminal justice, (certain) healthcare, animal care, community organizing, political action, environmental work.
My current qualifications are:
High School diploma of course
Junior standing with coursework from diverse subjects
5 years experience in customer service
>2 years experience in horticulture
I have a passion for helping others and am so eager to get my foot in the door, but it’s so hard with no degree yet and gaps in employment
