So I’m new here but I seemed to have fallen down a bad rabbit hole of think pieces and this topic may have already been discussed multiple times:

I understand the unwritten written rule is to be quiet during a rally and ONLY cheer when a point is scored. Will there ever be a time when cheering during a rally is gonna be deemed as normal?

I’m seeing some weird civil war from Filipino tennis fans on how/how not to act, turning into some identity war. Thoughts?

Hi Blooms! I first got into BINI’s music in 2023. Interestingly enough, I only kept track of their music releases and some interviews this whole time and just recently started to watch most of their funny clips, BINI Core, and YouTube shenanigans.

Anyone else like this?

Now I think they’ll perform this at Lolla. But do we think they’ll bring their parents out for this too? It’d make me cry and an absolute wreck if this happens! What do we think?

I’m not exactly sure what kind of title I should put on this but I think it’s best I provide an example.

I’m sure this is not exclusively to Filipinos but it very much is common - We, as a people, want to do everything we could to have our arts, music, movies, sports be recognized but we don’t seem to consistently support our individuals/groups in sports and entertainment UNTIL they become highly popular. Why is that?

On the flip side, do we gatekeep because we don’t want our arts and entertainment to be oversaturated by popular media?

Perhaps the gatekeeping and bandwagoning mentalities tend to clash, ultimately just bringing each other down? Thoughts?
