Would you play an open world Frutiger Aero game set inside a 2000s operating system?
I've been making this game for a while. It's set inside an operating system from the 2000s, where the icons, folders and the taskbar are all characters with their own personalities.
The story is about an update spreading through the OS and replacing everything with flat design. Places it reaches lose their gloss and color, and you're trying to stop it before it gets to the rest of the world.
Game is called The Flattening.
This clip shows the climbing system. It's still a work in progress. I'd like to hear what you think of the look, and whether it fits the aesthetic.
