Such a thing as a whistle that takes too *little* breath?

The caveat is I'm new but I've played ocarina and recorder and I grabbed a shush pro because it seemed like a good learning platform for tin whistle but the the lowest D and E require SUCH a small amount of breath that its really throwing me. Are all whistles like this or is this a quirk of the model? My lungs are pretty good I'd trade less efficiency for more stability. I originally ordered a lir pro high D and then was concerned it would be too loud for the phase where everything sounds bad as I learn. (its still on the way) will more "standard" whistles be more flexible? Apologies if this is a silly question

Upgrade from current setup

Hey I have sennheiser 58X jubilees ive been using for over 5 years and I like them quite a bit but I want to change things up. I've been running them on a schiit magni heresy and modi 3e stack. Headphones ive been considering:

- HD 490 pro

- HD 480 pro

- HD660S2

- fiio FT1 pro

- fiio FT7

-hedd D1

Open to basically anything except hifiman because I don't like gambling on QC.

Budget is $800USD max but likely lower unless the D1 pulls me over.

Also is my amp and dac setup good enough for these? Or should I get something else to get the most out of them? I'm not married to the 58X sound so a complete departure would be fine I just want them versatile since I listen to lots fo different stuff and will use them for media as well.

Bought a 9070xt and it came with a Rosehill VMG 750w for free. Will it be good enough for my build?

I have a corsair 650w PSU currently. Keep using that, use the rosehill, or buy a better one? My build is over 5 years old at this point.
