Found him in the riot dev video!

After the league classic leaks, I knew Swain had to be in it. I saw someone else post that he was returning because of a comment Riot Meddler made, as we know there are going to be more champions than the 60 that were leaked onto the PBE.

I've been a long time Swain player, loyal ever since the VGU dropped. I've been waiting to play old swain ever since he was removed from live servers in 2018. His VGU was, in my opinion, a failure gameplay wise. As you can imagine, I NEEDED to know he was in this, even though it wouldn't make much sense if he wasn't.
