I opened a ticket for this in early September and never got a response/resolution.

I perform brush roll maintenance every Sunday. First week of the month, I get an alert every time I open the app prompting me to perform brush roll maintenance. Clicking the “resolve” button closes the alert only for this session. next room I want to clean, same alert.

Could you either make the “resolve“ button functional or provide an option to turn off this prompt in the settings?

With that out of the way: I’ve had her for about 10 days, and she has mopped at least one room every day using the recommended solution. Her mop roll is so mildew stinky! I rinsed it with warm water tonight but am wondering what y’all clean your mop roll with to alleviate the funk. Thank you! Pretty sure this is my first Reddit post and I can’t think of a better group to start with 🤗
