Hey all, I’m reaching out as a fairly complete newbie.

I’m here because I was gifted 1 BTC by a very dear friend of mine who was in a difficult place and I helped him thru it. I did it without the request of any reward but he kindly gave it to me.

I’ve held it in my Revolut account for about 2 months now just sitting on it and wondering what to do with it. During that time it’s gone from £54,000 to £60,000 and now seems to be tanking hardcore.

As someone who is not an investor of crypto and someone who really knows nothing about this space. What’s the move?

I have it in Revolut is this safe? Do I need an offline wallet? What’s this cyclical theory that I see so often talked about? Or is this all a fad?

Anything you wish you knew at the beginning of your journey that you know now?

Started on mounjaro 5 weeks ago, stats as follows:

Height: 5 foot 8
Starting weight: 210lb
Weight loss:

Results:

Week 1: -4 lbs
Week 2: -1.7 lbs
Week 3: -1.3 lbs
Week 4: -2.8lbs
Week 5: -1.1lbs
Total: 10.9 lbs

Average: -2.18 lbs per week

I’m an avid gym goer, always have been. But was still podgy, and a sweet treat addict. So decided to get on mounjaro. Because I was doing so well on 2.5mg I decided to stay on it.

It’s been great per the results above!

However I’ve now injured myself, likely at the gym. With a bulged disc in my back which will limit me for weeks. I have a hard target of 185 lbs by week 12 as I have a major event I’m attending and want to look my absolute best.

Whilst I’ve been injured I’ve noticed my appetite creep up.

My question is should I step up to 5mg on my next pen from week 8? Anyone notice a big step up in appetite suppression?
