I Need Your Help,

This is thee Daredevil Prototype as it currently stands plus or minus a couple tweaks. I would love everyone’s feedback on the game so far as it has been built on a fully custom game engine that I made by myself. If you think this is enough for a playable prototype for a pitch I need everyone’s help to get this in front of the right people. Because truthfully I need the communities help I know I want an official Daredevil game and I know you want it as well and for this I am going to offer anyone who wants to approach me about playing this slice of the game I want everyone to experience what I have been enjoying. But honestly all we have to do is allow our voices to be heard because I have tried and failed to get in front of Marvel with this again. And I want to make the Daredevil Community proud!

Hey everyone Matthew here.

A while back I mentioned I was working on a Daredevil game concept, and I wanted to share a breakthrough I just hit.

I’ve been building a camera system called ScaleShift Cinematics, and it finally clicked.

Basically, it lets you transition seamlessly between top-down, third-person, and first-person no cuts, no cutscenes. Everything happens in real time, and even your mouse movement influences how the transition plays out, so it feels dynamic instead of scripted.

Why this matters for Daredevil:

- Hallway fights could flow cinematically without cuts (think long takes, but fully playable)

- Radar sense works best in first-person, so you can feel what Matt experiences

- Top-down perspective lets you explore the city and frame moments almost like a living comic panel

The goal isn’t just gameplay it’s making you feel like Daredevil moment to moment.

I’m planning to open-source the camera system once it’s cleaned up, and I’ll be posting footage of the prototype soon.

Curious what you all think especially how you’d want radar sense and combat to feel in a game like this.
