I'm looking to buy a HDHomeRun, but looking on their website, I can't seem to find what i'm looking for. Hoping you guys have an idea.

I don't need a DVR, I don't want to record local channels. I just want the ability to watch local stations.
I don't care if it's 4k or not. I have one 4k television out of 4. So 1080p will fit me just fine.
I don't care if it's an newer or older model. As long as it has at least 2 tuners that can watch 2 separate streams at once.
